We mainly work with Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and Italian, either directly or through specialised professionals, depending on each project’s requirements.
Soltrad grew from a genuine passion for languages and a professional career spanning translation, international support, the legal sector, business communication and work with clients of different nationalities.
This experience allows us to understand not only the words, but also the cultural and professional context of every document.
The price depends on the word count, language combination, subject area, file format and delivery deadline. Send us the document and we will prepare a personalised, fixed, no-obligation quote.
We need to know the source and target languages, the type of document, its approximate length, the desired delivery date and the service required. To provide an exact price, we recommend attaching the complete file.
The turnaround time depends on the length and complexity of the document. Once we have reviewed the file, we will give you a specific delivery date before starting. If your deadline is particularly tight, please ask us about the availability of our urgent service.
A sworn translation is signed and stamped by an officially authorised sworn translator and is used for documents that must be submitted to public authorities, universities, courts, notaries or other institutions. A standard translation does not include this official certification.
It is normally required for certificates, academic qualifications, criminal record certificates, birth certificates, notarised documents, court judgments and other official documents. The receiving institution should confirm whether it requires a sworn translation, legalisation or an apostille.
Yes. We assign each project to professionals with experience in the relevant field, such as legal, technical, academic, publishing or website translation. This ensures that both the specific terminology and the meaning and tone of the original text are respected.
We treat all documentation as confidential and use it solely to assess and carry out the requested service. If the project requires it, we can consider signing a confidentiality agreement before receiving or translating sensitive documentation.
Once the price and deadline have been accepted, we will confirm the assignment and begin work. You will receive the translation in the agreed format and can contact us with any questions about the delivered content.
Send us the document or briefly explain what you need. We will review the content and send you a personalised, no-obligation quote.
