Cookie policy
Updated: 28 October 2026.
1. OPERATOR AND CONCEPTS
The website soltrad.com belongs to Solange Micaela Meneses Ribeiro, SOLTRAD. Address: Calle Benadalid 18, urb. Colinas de las joyas 38, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, España. Contact: info@soltrad.com.
Cookies are small data items stored by the browser and potentially returned to the site. Local and session storage also store site data in the browser but are not automatically sent like cookies.
2. SESSION, SECURITY AND PRIVATE DASHBOARD
soltrad_session: first-party cookie configured as a session cookie, maintaining the application session and security functions. Its retention also depends on browser session-restoration settings.
__Host-soltrad_remember: first-party cookie for authorised users' remembered access to the private dashboard. Used only when the user selects “Remember me”; configured lifetime of 30 days. Removed when the user logs out.
soltrad.sidebarHidden: first-party local storage in the dashboard, remembering whether the sidebar is collapsed. No automatic expiry; retained until the preference is changed or site data is cleared.
Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated activity and abuse. Google states that it uses _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis. The service may also use browser storage; specific elements and expiry can be checked in the browser and Google's documentation: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq. This policy does not assign an unverified lifetime to those elements.
3. CHOICE AND PREFERENCES
soltrad.consent.v1: first-party local storage retaining chosen categories, configuration version and choice and expiry dates for up to 180 days. If unavailable, the site attempts to use sessionStorage, limited to that tab. It allows us to respect the visitor's decision.
soltrad_language: first-party cookie remembering language, only if you allow Preferences. It expires no later than the cookie choice, after a maximum of 180 days. Explicit language links remain available even if you reject this category.
4. GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4
If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, is loaded to measure visits, acquisition sources, navigation and interactions. Form starts and interactions may be recorded, along with generate_lead when a quotation request is successfully saved. That event does not mean a contract has been concluded.
_ga: first-party measurement cookie used by Analytics to distinguish browsers.
_ga_…: first-party measurement cookie used by Analytics to maintain session state.
The integration is configured with a lifetime of 180 days from creation or renewal; browsers may impose shorter limits. Cookie lifetime is different from the retention period for events already sent to Analytics.
Analytics tags are not loaded before you allow Analytics. You can withdraw your choice under “Cookie settings”. Allowing Preferences does not authorise Analytics or Advertising.
Details of Google's data and processing: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245 and https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/.
5. ADVERTISING
Google Ads and the Meta pixel are technically provided for but inactive in this version. Having configuration fields in the dashboard does not install their tags. Before activation, their purposes, cookies, lifetimes, recipients and safeguards must be identified and the appropriate consent requested. Categories without enabled services are shown as disabled.
6. MANAGING AND WITHDRAWING YOUR CHOICE
The banner lets you accept the available optional categories, reject them or choose categories individually in Configure and save your choice. Optional categories are not preselected. “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the pages lets you change your decision.
Withdrawing previously granted permissions reloads the page to stop the tags and deletes the relevant measurement cookies accessible to the website. This may clear form details you have not submitted. It does not retroactively delete events already received by providers. Cookies on other domains and browser data can be managed through your browser's privacy settings.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent quotation requests. Blocking all cookies or security functions through the browser may affect forms or dashboard access.
7. PERSONAL DATA, TRANSFERS AND CHANGES
Google services may use international infrastructure and subprocessors. Read the Privacy Policy for legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention and rights. Technologies will be reviewed when configuration changes; a relevant version or service change asks for a new choice.
For questions about cookies or your data, contact info@soltrad.com.
Managing your choice and language
soltrad.consent.v1: first-party local storage that retains your selected categories, configuration version and choice and expiry dates for up to 180 days. If local storage is unavailable, the site attempts to use sessionStorage, limited to that tab. This preference allows us to respect your decision.
soltrad_language: a first-party preference cookie that remembers your language. It is only stored if you allow Preferences and expires no later than your cookie choice, after a maximum of 180 days.
You can accept, reject optional categories or choose individual categories. You can change or withdraw permissions through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the pages. Unconfigured categories remain inactive. Withdrawing permissions removes first-party measurement cookies accessible to the website and reloads the page to stop the tags. Cookies belonging to other domains are managed through your browser.
